Hello 2025.

I am two days late. The New Moon peaked on Monday, December 30th at 5:50 P.M. ET.

I might be late this month, but the energy of the new moon is still with us today as we greet a brand new year! Either way, it is fresh energy coming in for us and I am grateful for that.

I wanted to prepare a long energy talk to share for this moment in time, but I did not have the chance to prepare like I wanted to, so I decided to use the moment to share some goals I am setting for 2025 for my Reiki business on my website and in my tiny corner of the world.

One big goal is to utilize the New Moons this year and dedicate them to teaching the main energy centers on my blog. Reiki practitioners are students of the subtle energy centers (chakras), and I am learning nine of them right now. I am mildly obsessed with and in love with the subtle energy centers and self-discovery tools, so nine of the New Moons in 2025 will be dedicated to the 9 energy centers we meet in the Human Design system, which is what I have been slowly incorporating into my work with Reiki. I am very excited to share this new knowledge on here and how it applies to Reiki healing.

I was invited to share Reiki in a group healing setting early this year with a friend who offers Cranial Sacral therapy. I am very excited about this invitation and about my first experience in a setting like this. I have only shared group healing sessions with other practitioners, so this is very exciting and I hope that it opens the door to more of them.

When I received my Reiki Master Teacher certification, I was so proud of this accomplishment yet so hesitant to actually teach Reiki. I knew I had a lot more to learn first and a lot more to experience, so I have given it some time before bringing any kind of teaching into the world about it, but I am feeling called to start teaching energy now and that is what I have planned to begin in 2025, starting with monthly lessons on the Nine Energy Centers. I know these goals may seem small to some, but with a full-time job, a wedding to plan and execute in May, and as a coparent, achieving these goals will be a challenge. But I am up for that challenge indeed. I will see you in a couple weeks for our first lesson. I’m thinking I’d like to start with the Splenic Center, so stay tuned for more to come in 2025!
