About Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, restorative energy practice that supports your body’s natural ability to return to balance. Originating in Japan, Reiki works with universal life force energy—the subtle current that flows through all living things. When that energy feels harmonious, we tend to experience greater ease, clarity, and connection within ourselves.

During a session, you remain fully clothed and comfortably at rest while light touch (or hands just above the body) invites your nervous system to soften. Many people experience warmth, subtle sensation, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm. Others simply feel rested and grounded. There is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki—your system integrates exactly what it’s ready for.

In my practice, Reiki beautifully complements my work with Human Design and the Gene Keys. While your chart offers a map of your energetic blueprint—highlighting your strengths, sensitivities, and natural rhythms—Reiki provides a direct, embodied experience of that energy. It creates space for alignment, helping you move from understanding your design intellectually to feeling it in your body.

The Gene Keys describe how we all move through different states—sometimes we feel stuck in fear, stress, or self-doubt, and other times we feel open, creative, and at peace. Reiki supports this natural shift by helping the body and mind relax, so it’s easier to let go of tension and reconnect with the gifts that are already within you. It’s not about fixing something that’s broken. It’s about creating space for your own inner wisdom to come forward.

Reiki is not tied to any religion or belief system. You don’t need prior knowledge of energy work, Human Design, or the Gene Keys to benefit. Whether you are exploring your energetic blueprint for the first time or deepening into your personal evolution, Reiki offers a quiet, supportive space to reconnect with yourself.
